Biography & Education

Aaron Laughlin, DO is a third-year Family Medicine resident at Community Practice Family Medicine in Jefferson City, Missouri. He earned his bachelor's degree in Biology from Truman State University before attending A.T. Still University–Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine.

Dr. Laughlin values the broad scope of family medicine and the opportunities residency provides for continuous learning through clinical practice and didactic education. Inspired by his experience at his state Advocacy Day, he joined the ACOFP Resident Council to become more involved in advancing the osteopathic profession and supporting both patients and fellow residents. Outside of medicine, he enjoys spending time with his wife, son, and two dogs, especially encouraging his toddler's curiosity through outdoor adventures and shared hobbies. He also enjoys cooking, crafting, home improvement projects, reading, and a variety of games.
